The ultra low depth, dovetail shaped galvanised steel sheet provides solutions for strong, water-tight, sound insulating and fire resistant floor construction. Suitable for floor thicknesses from 36 mm and spans (centre to centre) up to a maximum of 2500 mm.

HODY® Trapezium sheeting

Low composite steel decking can be constructed using HODY® profiled steel sheets as an excellent alternative to traditional heavy prefab concrete floor systems. Suitable for floor thicknesses from 110 mm and spans (centre to centre) up to 8000 mm.

MAX 4® Reinforcement sheeting

MAX 4® reinforcement sheets are used for reinforcing ultra thin light-weight liquid screed floors on top of (existing) wooden or other floor surfaces. The total thickness of the reinforced covering floor can be limited to 15-25 mm.

OP-DECK® Sandwich/concrete floor system

OP-DECK® is a lightweight insulated concrete floor system (ICF). The advantages of steel sheet concrete floors and traditional rib floors have been combined in this unique patented flooring system. The sandwich/concrete flooring system is based on traditional concrete processing but with optimal design and installation flexibility. Suitable for floor thickness from 250 mm and spans (centre to centre) up to 10 meters.
